(Alliance News) - Corero Network Security PLC on Friday said it has appointed Andrew Miller as its interim chief financial officer.

Corero is a Amersham, Buckinghamshire-based distributed denial of service cyber defence solutions firm. Its shares were down 5.2% to 9.72 pence each in London on Friday morning.

Miller will work alongside Neil Pritchard until late September to ensure an orderly handover. Pritchard plans to join London-based construction software developer Eleco PLC as CFO in October.

Miller has been a non-executive director of Corero since May 2020, having previously held the positions of CFO and chief operational officer from August 2010.

The company expects Miller to remain as interim CFO until the end of the year, unless a new permanent CFO is appointed earlier.
