DeepMatter Group PLC - Bristol, England-based software firm focused on digitising chemistry - Signs co-distribution agreement with Elemental Machines, a US organisation that helps biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies identify research problems through its sensor-based products. Says the agreement will involve Elemental Machines promoting DeepMatter's DigitalGlassware platform to its network of small and mid-size biotech US customers through its sales team. Notes this will broaden its customer base and establish sales opportunities in US pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. Adds DeepMatter will in turn promote Elemental Machines' products to its European network.

"Elemental Machines is an organisation which shares our values of innovation and the pursuit of scientific discovery, and we're pleased to be advancing these with this collaboration. Importantly, this co-distribution agreement provides us with the capability to cast a wider net in North America, and we are very much looking forward to working with Elemental Machines as we capitalise upon this opportunity," says Chief Executive Mark Warne.
