Escape Hunt PLC - escape rooms operator - Reports modest improvement in adjusted loss before interest, tax, depreciation and amortization in 2020 when compared to 2019, despite Covid-19 related restrictions on trade. Revenue for 2020 fell to GBP2.6 million from GBP4.9 million in 2019, but adjusted Ebitda loss is expected to narrow to GBP2.0 million from GBP2.1 million. Escape Hunt notes its owner-operated estate expanded by 89% to 17 amid "encouraging" levels of consumer demand between lockdowns.

In addition, Escape Hunt says it has exchanged contracts to acquire its French master franchise partner BGP Escape. The acquisition is expected to complete on or before mid-March.
