(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of London-listed company director and manager changes announced on Tuesday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

St Modwen Properties PLC - Birmingham-based property investor and developer - Hires Alison Nimmo as non-executive director, starting February 1. Nimmo was chief executive of the Crown Estate from 2012 to 2019. The Crown Estate, which manages the Queen's property holdings, is the largest property owner in London's West End. She also held senior roles organising the London 2012 Olympic Games. Nimmo is current a non-executive director of housebuilder Berkeley Group Holdings PLC.

AEX Gold Inc - gold exploration and mine development in Greenland - Hires Jaco Crouse as chief financial officer, effective immediately. Crouse also will be proposed as a board director at the next annual general meeting. He replaces George Fowlie, who will remain a board director. Crouse is an experienced mining CFO, AEX says, having held the role at Detour Gold Corp and before that Triple Flag Mining Finance Ltd. He also was vice president for Business Planning & Optimization at Canada's Barrick Gold Corp.

Aminex PLC - Tanzania focused gas project developer - Jan Gunnar Opsal, a representative of shareholder Eclipse Investments LLC, steps down as non-executive director, effective immediately. Eclipse has the right to appoint two directors. As it now is down to only one director, Aminex says Eclipse retains the right to name a second. Back in November, James Lansdell had joined the board as the other Eclipse representative.

Frenkel Topping Group PLC - Manchester-based financial adviser and asset protection services - Hires Mark Field as non-executive director, effective immediately. Field was a member of Parliament for 18 years, representing the Cities of London & Westminster. He served as UK Minister for State at the Foreign & Commonwealth Office and as vice-chair of the Conservative Party.

eEnergy Group PLC - London-based energy efficiency-as-a-service - Hires Gary Worby as independent non-executive director, effective immediately. Worby was managing director of Energy & Carbon Management, a specialist UK energy, carbon and water consultancy that was acquired by Inprova Finance in 2018. Inprova was itself bought by AIM-lised Inspired Energy PLC in the same year.

GSTechnologies Ltd - Milton Keynes, England-based provider of wireless, electronic cabling, security, and other services to clients in infrastructure development - Adds Jack Bai and Shayne Tan to board as executive directors, effective immediately. Bai is a technology entrepreneur who is co-founder of, and leads the development of, the Coalculus blockchain technology, which enables enterprise-ready blockchain-as-a-service to financial institutions and enterprises, GS Technologies says. Bai led the subscription of 198.0 million shares at a price of GBP0.001 per share that raised GBP198,000 for GSTechnologies last week. Tan also is a co-founder of the Coalculus blockchain platform and is its chief marketing officer.

Volex PLC - Basingstoke, England-based connectivity and power products maker - Hires Amelia Murillo as independent non-executive director, starting Tuesday. Murillo is vice president of financial planning & analysis and treasurer at US industrial firm Carlisle Cos Inc. Meanwhile, Adrian Chamberlain has stepped down from the board, having served since June 2016.

Rainbow Rare Earths Ltd - rare earth metals projects in Burundi and South Africa - Hires Chris le Roux as lead process consultant and Charles Graham as lead project manager. Le Roux was lead process engineer on several projects for South Africa's Gold Fields Ltd. He was responsible for the preliminary economic assessment for the Lofdal rare earths project in Namibia and the definitive feasibility study for Peak Resources Ltd's Ngualla rare earths project in Tanzania, Rainbow Rare Earths notes. Graham also was at Gold Fields, working as a project director.
