Board Change at Amati CEF Following its Merger

DIRECTOR MOVES November 7- 11: Following the merger of Amati and ViCTory, four non-executives have left and a new chairman has been appointed

Amati VCT 2 (AT2): Following the merger of Amati and ViCTory funds, David Page and James Hambro have resigned from the board of ViCTory, while James MacLeod and Richard Martin have resigned from the board of Amati 2. Julian Avery and Chris Macdonald have joined the board and Avery has been appointed its new chairman. Both Avery and Macdonald served more than seven years on the board of ViCTory prior to the merger. They have joined Christopher Moorsom and Mike Killingley, who have been on the board for seven and five years respectively.

Jupiter European Opportunities (JEO): Andrew Sutch has bought his first tranche of shares since his appointment to the board at the beginning of October.

Octopus VCT (OVCT) & Octopus VCT 2 (OVC2): Martijn Kleibergen has succeeded Chris Hulatt as a non- executive director of Octopus VCT and Octopus VCT 2. Hulatt was on the board of both companies at their launches in December 2009 and March 2011 respectively. Although a short tenure, Hulatt is CFO at Octopus and remains in situ in that role. The number of board members remains three for both companies.
