DIRECTOR MOVES September 5-9: David Hon's appointment as a non-executive director brings Blue Planet Fin. Growth & Inc's board back to three

Director Changes: September 5-9
BlackRock New Energy (BRNE): Simon Batey has bought his first tranche of shares since his appointment in November 2010.

Blue Planet Fin. Growth & Inc (BPFU): The Right Hon Lord Steel of Aikwood has been appointed as a non-executive director, increasing the number of board members to three. The board has numbered only two members since Glenn Cooper’s retirement at the beginning of August this year.

Henderson Smaller Companies (HSL): After 15 years on the board, Dudley Fishburn will retire on September 30. He joined the board as a non-executive director in March 1996 and was appointed as chairman of the company in 2003. He will be replaced by Jamie Cayzer-Colvin, who joined the board in May this year. Cayzer-Colvin currently serves as a non-executive director of three other listed companies and executive director of Caledonia Investments (CLDN).

Henderson Opportunities (HOT): Christopher Philip Hills has bought his first tranche of shares since his appointment in June 2010.

Pacific Horizon (PHI): Elisabeth Scott has bought her first tranche of shares since her appointment in March this year as a non-executive director.

Private Equity Investor (PEQ): Rory Macnamara and David Quysner bought their first tranches of shares in the company. Both Macnamara and Quysner serve as non-executive directors since October 2004.
