Director Changes: May 23-27
Dean Bucknell has been on the board of Blue Planet Euro Financials (BLP) for less than eight months and already he has sold the shares he acquired in February this year. His shareholding in the company is now zero. Bucknell is chairman and chief executive of Blue Planet Investment Management Ltd, the fund management company responsible for this fund.

Maxwell Packe has retired from the board of Schroder UK Mid Cap (SCP) after more than 14 years’ service. He retains his position as chairman of Albion Enterprise VCT, which he has held since 2006. The board of SCP remains a good mix of longer-serving directors and those with only a few years: the average tenure is still high at nearly nine years.

Ian McLennan has resigned as a non-executive director of TP70 2008 1 VCT (TPV1) after just over three years’ service. Philip Marsden has joined the board as an executive director. The board comprises just three members at the current time.
