Director Changes: May 9-13
Scott Longhurst joins the board of Candover Investments (CDI) as a non-executive director later this month. He is an accountant by profession, having spent a number of years at Shell and AWG.
Clive Spears will be joining the board of Invesco Leveraged High Yield (ILH) on 18 May. He is already on the board of private equity company EPE Special Opportunities and has been since September 2003.
Robin James has resigned from the board of Metro Baltic Horizon (MET) after serving more than four years as a non-executive director. Further, Kristel Meos has retired after a similar tenure. Trading has been suspended in the company’s shares since November 2010 while investigations are made over the company’s transactions. This leaves just four members of the board, with the average tenure just a little over one year.
Chris Coles has resigned from the board of NR Nordic & Russia Properties (NRP) after serving just 17 months.
