We have published a new Morningstar Qualitative Rating and Research Report for First State Global Emerging Markets Leaders.

"Tulloch began stepping back from day-to-day management in early 2009 and David Gait joined Jonathan Asante at the helm in Feb. 2009. While Tulloch’s departure is significant, we don’t believe it’s detrimental to investors as there is high-calibre staff throughout the First State team and Tulloch remains at the firm. Gait is an experienced campaigner who has been at First State for the past 12 years..."
