(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of updates by London-listed companies, issued on Tuesday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

Kitwave Group PLC - North Shields, England-based food wholesaler - Notes strong performance across all divisions has continued throughout the first half of financial 2023 ended on April 30. Expects results for the full financial year ending on October 31 to be slightly ahead of market expectations. Chief Executive Officer Paul Young says: "With the considerable opportunities still available, both in the form of organic developments and through strategic, complementary acquisitions in a largely fragmented wholesale market, we have an excellent platform for growth." In financial 2022, revenue was GBP503.1 million. Pretax profit surged to GBP17.8 million.

One Health Group PLC - provider of NHS-funded medical procedures - Expects results for the year ended on March 31 to be slightly ahead of expectations, with strong revenue growth and profitability ahead of forecasts. Notes a 16% increase in new NHS patient referrals over the year. Says it is trading in line with management expectations for the current year. In December, One Health posted revenue of GBP9.8 million for the six months ended September 30, up 17% from GBP8.4 million the year before. Pretax profit increased slightly to GBP255,859 from GBP254,377.

Tribal Group PLC - Bristol-based educational software and services provider - Gets an interim demand for payment of damages on April 28 from Nanyang Technological University, who had terminated its contract. Say the NTU demand is in the amount of USD9.9 million on account of alleged loss, costs and expense. Requests payment in 14 days.

Tekcapital PLC - London-based intellectual property investment company - Says MicroSalt Inc has partnered with an unnamed US-based national retailer for the "development and execution of low-sodium solutions across the retailer's extensive line of private branded snack offerings". CEO Rick Guiney says: "According to the World Health Organization, excess sodium consumption is a leading contributor to cardiovascular disease, and partnerships like this are a great way to make a positive difference in global health."

Galliford Try Holdings PLC - Uxbridge, England-base construction company - Says its Highways business has been appointed to a GBP85 million contract with Leicestershire County Council. Says the contract is to build the new North East Melton Mowbray Distributor Road. This will create a new through route and reduce congestion in the town centre. "We are delighted to be working once again with Leicestershire on another major roads scheme," CEO Bill Hocking says.
