(Alliance News) - Primary Health Properties PLC on Monday announced that Chief Executive Officer Harry Hyman will retire at the company's annual general meeting in 2024.

The London-based healthcare facility investor said Chair Steven Owen will lead the search for a successor. The company noted that Hyman's retirement is consistent with his comments made in January 2019.

The succession will be subject to shareholder approval at the 2023 annual general meeting.

The company's last annual general meeting was on November 10.

Primary Health Properties shares were 1.9% lower at 108.80 pence each on Monday morning in London.
