Jadestone Energy PLC - oil and gas production company focused on the Asia-Pacific region - Completes acquisition of a non-operated 17% working interest in the Cossack, Wanaea, Lambert, and Hermes oil fields development, offshore Western Australia. Acquisition from BP Developments Australia Pty Ltd. The headline cost of the acquisition is USD20 million.

According to the operator of the oil fields, the acquired fields averaged 14,196 barrels of oil per day in the three months ended September 30. This would be 2,366 barrels of oil per day net to Jadestone's interest.

Jadestone says it will now apply to the National Offshore Petroleum Titles Administrator for approval of the deal.

Current stock price: 72.00 pence, up 6.2% on Tuesday in London
