Inland Homes PLC - Buckinghamshire, England-based housing plot developer - Secures planning permission for a brownfield development, called Calvary Barracks in Hounslow, west London. Says Calvary Barracks is a 37 acre former UK Ministry of Defence site, which has a gross development value of GBP600 million.

Says the approval was received through the housing developer and regeneration firm's asset management division, on behalf of a third-party investor. Permission for a mixed-use development consisting of 1,525 homes and about 2,700 square metres of commercial space has been achieved.

"The group identified this site in 2020 and, following close consultation with the London Borough of Hounslow, submitted the planning application in March 2021". Inland said. Says the redevelopment will support the London Borough of Hounslow in "serving the demand for and delivering much-needed, additional, low-cost housing and the ongoing regeneration of the area".
