Oakley Capital Investments Ltd - Investment vehicle - Notes Oakley Capital Fund IV will sell part of its stake in Wishcard Technologies Group GmbH, a Germany-based gifts and rewards platform, to private equity investors EMZ Partners and IK Partners. Fund IV will retain a residual shareholding in the business. OCI's look through share of proceeds will be around GBP45 million. Says the agreed exit valuation, a 37% premium to the book value at March 31, was reflected in the company's net asset value to June 30.

"Fund IV acquired a majority stake in the business in August 2019, partnering with the original founders to create a sustainable platform and continue the company's strong growth and leadership in product innovation," it says.

Oakley Capital Investment is an investment vehicle that provides liquid access to private equity returns through investment in the Oakley funds, such as Oakley Capital Fund IV.
