Secured Income Fund PLC - UK-based investment firm - Will call general meeting in due course to gain approval from at least 75% of shareholders to cancel trading of shares on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market.

Once the resolution is approved, it is expected to take effect once the company's net asset value falls below GBP7 million.

Current stock price: 22.00 pence, down 12% on Thursday

Year-to-date change: down 67%
