3i Infrastructure PLC - infrastructure investment company investing mainly in Europe and Asia - Completes acquisition of a 60% stake in DNS:NET, alongside Founder & Chief Executive Alexander Lucke, who has reinvested to retain a 40% stake.

Company has invested about EUR182 million to acquire the stake in DNS:NET, a telecommunications provider in Germany.

Established in 1998, DNS:NET owns the largest independent fibre-to-the-cabinet network in the Berlin area, as well as three data centres.

3i Infrastructure is buying its stake from private equity fund Deutsche Beteiligungs AG.

Current stock price: 305.61 pence

Year-to-date change: down 0.8%
