(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of London-listed company director and manager changes announced on Friday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

Hansard Global PLC - Isle of Man-based specialist long-term savings provider - Gordon Marr to retire by the end of 2021 after 8 years as chief executive officer and 30 years with the company. Has initiated a search for a new CEO. "I have decided to announce my retirement plans now, providing ample time to identify a successor and ensure a smooth transition," Marr says. "I am committed to leading the company in the meantime, as we remain resolutely focused on delivering a solid performance in 2021, while positioning the company for further success in the future."

Northbridge Industrial Services PLC - Burton on Trent, England-based firm that hires and sells specialist industrial equipment - CEO & Founder Eric Hook will step down from the board on March 31 after 15 years in post but remain as an advisor and significant shareholder. Chair Peter Harris will become executive chair with the directors of Northbridge's two divisions - Chris Caldwell of Crestchic and Ian Gardner of Tasman - reporting to him. Additionally Caldwell will be promoted to the board. Non-Executive Director Stephen Yapp is promoted to senior independent director, while Ash Mehta will step down as non-executive director.

ReNeuron Group PLC - Bridgend, Wales-headquartered cell-based therapeutics - Chief Financial Officer Michael Hung resigns on Thursday "in order to pursue other projects", having joined the board in early 2001. Hung will remain until the end of May, and ReNeuron have started a search for his replacement.

Anpario PLC - Nottinghamshire-based sustainable animal feed additives - Hires Ian Hamilton as non-executive director, starting April 1. Hamilton was in the founding management team of poultry breeding business Aviagen. He currently is non-executive chair of Horizon Proteins Ltd, which provides sustainable proteins for aquaculture recycled from the whiskey-making process, and of Biotangents Ltd, a veterinary diagnostics business.

Gooch & Housego PLC - Ilminster, Somerset-based maker of optical components - Hires Jim Haynes as non-executive director, starting Friday. Haynes was executive vice president of operations at US optical components firm Oclaro Inc, which was bought by Lumentum Holdings Inc at the end of 2018.

Universe Group PLC - Southampton, Hampshire-based retail management, payment and loyalty systems - Hires Neil Radley as CEO, joining Universe Group on May 1. Most recently, Radley led Jaja Finance Ltd, a fintech lending firm. He also has worked at Barclaycard, HBOS PLC and Bank One International. Radley replaces Jeremy Lewis, who the company last month said will leave on April 30 "to pursue other opportunities outside of the public markets", after seven years with Universe.
