New Appointments at JPMorgan Elect Managed

DIRECTOR MOVES Nov 28- Dec2: Alan Hodson and James Robinson have been named as successors of Nigel Sidebottom and Simon Miller

Acorn Income Fund (AIF): Nigel Ward has been appointed as a non-executive director of the fund, bringing the number of board members to three. The board has encompassed only two members since Michael McKean’s departure in September. Ward currently serves on the board of another listed company, Crystal Amber Fund Ltd.

BlackRock Greater Europe (BRGE): Davina Curling has succeeded Beatrice Philippe as a non-executive director. She currently sits on the board of another listed company. Philippe had been on the board since September 2004.

Edinburgh Worldwide (EWI): James Leslie Melville will retire from the board on December 31 having served as a non-executive director since August 2007.

Infrastructure India (IIP): Madras Ramachandran has been appointed as a non-executive director, bringing the number of board members to eight. Following reshuffle of the board in March, most of the current members have been appointed this year, the one exception being Tim Walker who joined in 2008.

JPMorgan Elect Managed Growth (JPE): Following news earlier this year that the board is looking to replace Nigel Sidebottom and Simon Miller, who will be retiring in August and December next year respectively, the board now announces the appointments of Alan Hodson and James Robinson, both joining in January. Hodson is currently chairman of BlackRock Commodities Income (BRCI). Robinson is chairman of Polar Capital Global Healthcare Growth & Income (PCGH) and serves as a non-executive director at three other funds.

JPMorgan Russian Securities (JRS): Robert Jeens has bought his first tranche of shares since joining the board as a non-executive director in October.

Thames River Hedge+ EURO (TRMB): Having served for two years, Fraser Hiddelston has resigned from the board. He served as alternative director of the company.

Trading Emissions (TRE): Following the AGM held on December 2, shareholders have approved the re-registration of the company resulting in a change to the board of directors. Christopher Agar, Martin Adams, Francis Hackett and Norman Crighton have been appointed as executive directors, replacing Neil Eckert, Malcolm Gillies, Nigel Wood and Bertrand Rassool. Francis Hackett, who currently sits also on the other board of another listed company, has been appointed as chairman of Trading Emissions. Only two of the existing non-executive directors remain on the board.
