Princess Private Equity Holding Ltd - Guernsey-based investor in private equity and debt, managed by Partners Group Holding AG - Reports dipping net asset value due to valuation developments. NAV per share falls 9.7% to EUR13.76 on June 30 from EUR15.24 a year ago. The best-performing investments are AlliedUniversal and KinderCare. Investment activity totals EUR62.7 million, up 1.3% from EUR61.9 million a year ago.

"Global capital market volatility dominated the first six months of 2022, with valuation developments being the main driver for the NAV decline," Chair Richard Battey explains.

Battey adds that Princess performed favourably to public markets, citing a total return of negative 7.5% while the MSCI World Index has a total return of negative 14%.

Current stock price: 990.00 pence, up 5.7% on Friday

12-month change: down 12%
