Driver Group PLC - Lancashire-based engineering services provider - Says revenue in year ended September 30 falls 8.1% to GBP48.8 million from GBP53.1 million. Pretax profit increases 6.9% to GBP1.9 million from GBP1.7 million. Posts just a GBP190,000 impairment hit, trimmed from GBP780,000. Declares 0.75 pence per share final dividend, unchanged annually. Means total dividend amounts to 1.5p in 2021, doubled from 2020. It did not declare an interim dividend in 2020. "The effects of the pandemic seem at last to be receding in many jurisdictions including the UK, which is hugely welcomed. But as recent infection rates across the world attest, we must remain alert to the fact that in some markets it is possible that the outlook is not yet certain in all regions but it is anticipated that market stability will improve during 2022," Driver says.

Current stock price: 46.74p, down 7.0%
