Fulcrum Utility Services Ltd - Sheffield, England-based utility infrastructure and services - Says Terry Dugdale decided to step down as chief executive officer effective immediately. Dugdale plans to remain in an operational role in the company.

Adds that it appointed Antony Collins as interim chief executive officer, while the company searches for a permanent option. He has "extensive experience" in managerial control and was interim chief executive at Carclo PLC most recently.

"It has been a pleasure leading Fulcrum through the recent challenging times which have seen many changes in the group. I am looking forward to stepping back into the operational side of the business and delivering value through operational excellence," Terry Dugdale comments.

Current stock price: 12.57 pence
