(Alliance News) - Secure Income REIT PLC said on Thursday it collected all due rents and payments due for the recent quarter.

The Beckenham, England-based real estate investment trust said it collected all rents due, amounting to GBP27 million, following the end of the collection cycle for December quarterly rents.

Secure Income REIT also received monthly payments due from November to January worth GBP4.8 million.

Furthermore, it collected the rental uplifts from the Travelodge portfolio, which were deferred through a company voluntary arrangement period that fell due in January.

This resulted in a collection of GBP800,000.

Arrears relating to prior periods amounted to less than 0.04% of the rent roll, it noted.

Separately, the real estate investment trust declared an interim quarterly dividend of 3.95 pence per share, unchanged from the quarter before.

Shares were up 0.1% at 441.50 pence each on Thursday morning in London.
