(Alliance News) - S4 Capital PLC on Friday said it has bought website and app designer Zemoga to expand its offering into technology services.

London-based S4 Capital is an advertising agency started and led by Martin Sorrell, the former chief executive of WPP PLC. Zemoga, founded in 2002, has offices in Los Angeles, New York and Wilton, Connecticut, and operations in Colombia.

Zemoga will be added to S4 Capital's Media.Monks unit to expand its digital capability. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

With a four-year compound annual revenue growth rate of 45%, Zemoga is set to continue benefiting from companies digitising their customer-facing and internal operations, S4 Capital said.

Shares in S4 Capital were up 1.7% to 813.37 pence in London on Friday morning.

"Marketing digital transformation involves at least three corporate functions - marketing, sales and IT. Entry into the technology services sector through Zemoga gives us the full capability to talk to the chief technology or information officer, as well as the chief marketing and chief sales officer. We now have the full set," Sorrell said.
