Plant Health Care PLC - agriculture products firm based in North Carolina - Commences trading of shares on the US OTCQB Venture Market with immediate effect, which will make it easier for US investors to transact in Plant Health Care stock.

Company will remain listed on London's AIM, and Plant Health Care plans to increase its investor relations effort in North America, by increasing its visibility.

"The USA represents the single largest opportunity for Plant Health Care products. Sales of Harpin in the corn and specialty crop (fruit and vegetable) markets in the US are growing rapidly," says Chief Executive Officer Chris Richards.

"The USA is also a major target market for the company's PREtec technology ('Vaccines for Plants'); US registrations for the new PREtec biopesticides, PHC279 and PHC949, are anticipated in 2022 and 2023 respectively. In addition, as a US-headquartered company, the US is a natural place for us to seek new investors," Richards adds.
