Trident Royalties PLC - growth-focused mining royalty and streaming company - Appoints Paul Smith as non-executive chair with effect from Monday next week. In addition, will subscribes for GBP1 million in Trident shares, and another GBP1 million within the next 12 months. Smith has been part of Swiss commodities trader Glencore PLC for nine years from 2011 to 2020, leaving as head of Strategy.

Shield Therapeutics PLC - Newcastle, England-based pharmaceutical firm focused on iron deficiency - Appoints Chief Executive Officer Greg Madison to board, following appointment as CEO in June 1. He joined Shield from Melt Pharmaceuticals Inc, based in Boston, Massachusetts, where he was CEO.

AIB Group PLC - Dublin-based bank - Appoints Anik Chaumartin as non-executive director with effect on July 1. Her current executive role is as a partner at London-based professional services firm PricewaterhouseCoopers for 27 years since 1994.

B90 Holdings PLC - Isle of Man-based online sportsbook and casino operator - Appoints Karim Peer as non-executive director with immediate effect. His most recent executive role was as chief executive officer of corporate and private equity consultant ClearLakeBlue Ltd for seven years since 2014.

Lekoil Ltd - oil & gas explorer and producer in Nigeria and elsewhere in West Africa - Non-Executive Director Aisha Muhammed-Oyebode resigns from role with immediate effect, but remains as chair of Lekoil Nigeria.

Sensyne Health PLC - Oxford, England-based clinical technology using artificial intelligence - Appoints Ian Hudson as non-executive director with effect on June 28. Formerly serves as chief executive of the UK's Medicines & Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency for six years from 2013 to 2019.

Renewables Infrastructure Group Ltd - investor in wind, solar and battery storage projects - Appoints John Whittle as non-executive director with effect on July 1. Most recent executive role was as chief financial officer at Close Fund Services, which is part of merchant bank Close Brothers Group PLC, for two years from 2007 to 2009.

CentralNic Group PLC - London-based domain name registry and registrar services firm - Appoints Matthew Royde and Horst Siffrin as non-executive directors with immediate effect, as representatives of shareholders Kestrel Partners LLP and inter.services GmbH respectively.
