BT Group PLC - London-based telecommunications firm - Says Chief Executive Philip Jansen buys GBP2.0 million worth of shares in transaction last week Friday. Jansen, who has led BT since February 2019, bought 1.3 million shares for 163 pence each on May 14. On May 13, BT shares had dropped 5.9% to 159.05 pence, after company reported fall in revenue and profit in financial year ended March 31.

Current stock price: 165.88 pence, up 2.6% on Monday

Year-to-date change: up 25%
