(Alliance News) - The following stocks are the leading risers and fallers among London Main Market small-caps on Thursday.

SMALL-CAP - WINNERS

International Personal Finance PLC, up 6.6% at 128.92 pence, 12-month range 33.93p-128.93p. The provider of unsecured consumer credit reports "robust" first-quarter trading, with year-on-year contraction in credit issued moderating to 18% in quarter versus 31% in the fourth quarter of 2020. "We are selectively relaxing our credit settings and rebuilding our receivables portfolio, whilst maintaining credit quality and cost efficiency, to return strongly to full-year profitability," says Chief Executive Gerard Ryan.

SMALL-CAP - LOSERS

SME Credit Realisation Fund Ltd, down 5.4% at 70p, 12-month range 49p-84.77p. The stock went ex-dividend on Thursday, meaning new buyers of the shares no longer qualify for the latest payout.
