(Alliance News) - Auction Technology Group PLC on Friday formally started trading on London Stock Exchange's Main Market, jumping by more than a third from its IPO price.

On Tuesday, the online auction operator had reported the successful completion of its initial public offering in London and said its market capitalisation would be GBP600 million as conditional dealings started. Auction Technology has 100.0 million shares in issue.

Conditional dealings in Auction Technology shares started on Tuesday and unconditional dealings followed on Friday morning.

Shares in Auction Technology were trading at 801.14 pence in London on Friday, up 34% from its IPO price of 600p per share. The rise on Friday gives a market cap of GBP801.1 million.
