JPMorgan Global Core Real Assets Ltd - real estate, transportation and infrastructure investor - Says USD35.5 million of committed capital has been called, with funding date of February 16.

"This capital will be invested into JP Morgan Asset Management's Asia-Pacific Real Estate strategy. This takes total capital invested to USD229.6 million or 91% of the company's net assets," trust says.

It adds: "The manager is pleased to highlight that much of this capital is being utilised for investment primarily into Industrial-Logistic assets, a sub-sector in which the manager has high conviction within real estate."

The capital call takes the company to near full investment. As a result, notes it continues to "assess the optimal time" for completion of its C Share. It is expected that the C share will be progressed before the summer.

Current stock price: 90.19 pence

Year-to-date change: down 8.7%
