LONDON (Alliance News) - UDG Healthcare PLC on Tuesday said Senior Independent Director Chris Brinsmead will step down from his role with effect in May after over nine years.

Myles Lee, who joined UDG's board in April 2017, will replace Brinsmead taking over the role of senior independent director from the beginning of May.

UDG shares were trading down 0.9% at 563.50 pence each.
