LONDON (Alliance News) - Software company dotDigital Group PLC on Tuesday said Chair Frank Beechinor-Collins will step down from his role after eight years.

Furthermore, having served on the board for 10 years, Non-Executive Director Peter Simmonds stepped down with immediate effect.

While, Boris Huard has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, also immediately. Huard is currently the UK & Ireland managing director for Experian Decision Analytics.
