LONDON (Alliance News) - Athlete agency and sports marketing firm TLA Worldwide PLC said on Wednesday it has agreed a deal in principle to sell its Australian operations.

The agreement is with QMS Media Ltd, which is listed on the Australian Securities Exchange.

TLA cautioned, however, that no firm deal has been agreed. If TLA did sell the business, it would become a cash shell under AIM market rules.

Shares ended down 9.8% on Wednesday at a price of 2.48 pence each.
