Low-cost airline easyJet today announced full-year results that revealed an increase in both passenger numbers and revenues. The airline's new chief execituve, Carolyn McCall, who took on the role four months ago, explains how these results were achieved, the outcome of the company's strategic review, factors u

nderpinning forecasts of 7% p.a. growth over the next two years, and proposals for keeping costs low. McCall believes that in spite of the uncertain economic environment, the group is well placed for the next 12 months thanks to its strong brand model and remains notably upbeat about the prospects for performance over the next five years.
