We have published a new Morningstar Qualitative Rating and Research Report for Schroder Global Property Securities.

"Although Schroders' name is on the label, the firm outsources the day-to-day stock research and portfolio construction to global real estate securities specialist European Investors Inc. This is a smart move as the team at EII has been at the forefront of REIT investing and brings a formidable skillset to the table. Leading the effort is Jim Rehlaender, with over 25 years of experience in the sector. Rehlaender joined the firm in 2000, having spent the previous 12 years at LaSalle where he played an integral role in the development of their REIT business. Inves

tment teams that stand out have quality and depth and this is very true of the team at European Investors. The three senior regional specialists--Al Otero (North America), Peter Nieuwland (Europe), and Suang Eng Tsan (Asia) average 17 years of experience. There is also an analyst bench of 10 based in New York, Singapore, and Amsterdam, making this one the largest dedicated property teams we’ve come across. "
