Alliance Bernstein chief investment officer Ranji Nagaswami will kick off the Morningstar Investment conference in London next week with a presentation on the global outlook for major asset classes. Her talk comes at a time of particular turmoil in world markets. The global credit crunch, slumping economies in the UK and the US, the weak dollar, inflation, and the health of major emerging markets are all of concern at this time.

If anyone can help put these issues into context, it's Nagaswami. She has a keen investment mind, and is extremely well placed for such a discussion--at AllianceBernstein she oversees a comprehensive global investment research operation that manages £415 billion in assets around the globe, including a Luxembourg-domiciled range of 37 funds. The firm, the result

of the merger between growth house Alliance Capital and value firm Sanford Bernstein in 2000, is a house we respect for its fundamental approach to research.

If current market conditions have you concerned, this is a talk that you won't want to miss. The Morningstar Investment Conference will be held at the Hilton Metropole in London on 21- 22 May. Click here to learn more about the conference.
