Biography
Nicholette MacDonald-Brown is Head of the European Blend team and a European Equity Fund Manager. She manages a range of Pan European long only portfolios, including Schroder ISF European Sustainable Equity that she launched in 2018, as well as a long/short fund Schroder ISF European Market Neutral. Nicholette joined Schroders in 2011 and previously spent 11 years at Goldman Sachs. She was responsible for European industrial, utility, infrastructure and travel and leisure sectors for Goldman Sachs Investment Partners, a global multi asset class hedge fund. Earlier roles included research and portfolio management responsibilities for Global, EAFE and single country products, and Co-Head of Goldman’s UK and European Small Cap Equity Team. Qualifications: CFA Charterholder; BSc in Economics and Politics from Bristol University.

Biography
Scott MacLennan is a European Equity Fund Manager and Analyst in Schroders European Blend team. He has managed institutional European ex UK portfolios since 2017 and co-managed Schroder ISF European Sustainable Equity since launching it in 2018. He has also co-managed Schroder ISF European Market Neutral since 2021. Scott joined Schroders in 2015 as an investment analyst responsible for the European consumer sector. His investment experience commenced at Neptune Investment Management in 2012 as a sector analyst responsible for the global industrial sector and then as a Fund Manager focusing on UK companies. Qualifications: CFA Charterholder; MA in Classics from Cambridge University.
