LONDON (Alliance News) - Oil and gas firm PetroTal Corp on Thursday delayed its float on the London Stock Exchange to Monday next week.

PetroTal, which has a portfolio of Peruvian assets, had originally planned to list on Friday.

PetroTal, which announced its IPO in September, will have a market capitalisation of GBP63 million on admission and will not raise capital in the offering, it said Thursday, having originally expected a market capitalisation of GBP80.3 million.

Back in September, PetroTal said it was seeking a secondary listing in London to take advantage of AIM's liquidity and to access a broader range of institutional investors. The company is already listed in Toronto.
