LONDON (Alliance News) - Litigation Capital Management Ltd on Friday said it expects its market capitalisation to be GBP56.5 million when its shares start trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange next week.

The company, which provides litigation financing and ancillary services to recover funds from legal claims, is currently listed on the Australian Securities Exchange, from which it plans to de-list in order to move to London.

Litigation Capital expects to start trading on AIM on Wednesday next week, after admitting 108.7 million shares.

It plans to raise GBP20.0 million by issuing shares at 52.0 pence as part of its initial public offering. This means the number of new shares to be sold in the IPO is around 38.5 million.

The company announced its intention to move to AIM at the beginning of December.
