LONDON (Alliance News) - Daily Mail & General Trust PLC said Wednesday that it had sold its specialist recruitment board OilCareers to Iowa-based Dice Holdings Inc for USD26 million.

"OilCareers and Dice Holdings' Rigzone, a market leader in delivering online content, data, advertising and career services in the oil and gas industry, are complementary businesses and the strategic fit will better position OilCareers for further growth," said Chief Executive of DMG Media Kevin Beatty in a statement.

Shares in Daily Mail were trading down 0.4% at 965.50 pence Wednesday afternoon.
