As media headlines continue to speculate on the demise of the euro and the fragile outlook for Spain, Morningstar experts today took to the airwaves to host a special live webinar from our Madrid office on Spain's challenges and opportunities in troubled times.

The webinar kicked off with a review of Spain's macroeconomic environment, followed by an in-depth discussion of whether Spain would be better off leaving the eurozone, and concluding with a selection of fund ideas and answers to viewers' questions.

Click 'Play' below to find out what the speakers were referring to when they said "Mathematically, the probability is not zero" and "After this crisis I will never say never".

Speakers included Jose Garcia-Zarate, Morningstar senior ETF analyst, and guest Cayetano Cornet, CFA and founding partner of Madrid-based boutique fund manager Cartesio Inversiones. They were joined by Javier Saenz de Cenzano, CFA and director of fund research with Morningstar Spain, and Fernando Luque, senior financial analyst and editor of Morningstar's Spanish website www.morningstar.es.
